What are the reqierments for viewing rotating images?

It is required to have a standard web browser and Microsoft's Silverlight (A web browser plugin similar to Flash) installed. In case Silverlight isn't installed standard images will be visible instead of rotating images. This means that the website could still be enjoyable.

What is the maximum number of rotating images that can be placed on a single HTML page and what is their maximum size?

A.

There is no magic number here. While each rotating object is running on its own and taking up very little system resources. The number of rotating objects in a single page is limited only by the browser itself. Most browsers are capable of displaying, at least, 25 rotating objects on a single web page. The size can be as small as 32x32 pixels and as large as 5000x5000. In order to maintain good user experience, the image shouldn't exceed 650x650.
